Happy Ours is owned by David and Gwen Arrand.
We have lived permanently in Bradenton for the past five years and we moved here from Derbyshire, England.
We first visited Bradenton in 1994, fell in love with the place immediately, and never vacationed anywhere else from that date.
We decided to emigrate here in 2002 and have not left the area since.
We own two vacation properties within a few blocks of each other , Happy Ours being the largest, and we ourselves live only a 5 minute drive away.
We manage the properties ourselves and take great pride in giving our guests that "personal" touch and we are of course close by if there is anything you need, particularly local advice.
